rental rules: Welcome to our apartment! We hope your stay will be enjoyable and memorable. In order to ensure the comfort of all and the proper maintenance of the premises, we kindly ask you to read and respect these internal rules. Article 1: Arrival and Departure Arrival: The arrival time is after 5 pm. Please inform us of your approximate arrival time so that we can welcome you in the best conditions. The keys will be handed over according to the agreed terms. Departure: The departure time is set before 12 noon. Please vacate the premises at the scheduled time to allow preparation for the next tenants. The return of the keys will be done according to the agreed terms. Inventory of fixtures: An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure. Any anomaly or damage observed must be reported immediately upon arrival. Article 2: Use of the Premises The apartment is available for temporary and holiday use. Any commercial or professional activity is strictly prohibited. The number of occupants must not exceed the capacity indicated in the description of the rental (Maximum number of occupants: 2 people). It is forbidden to sublet or transfer your rental right to a third party. We ask you to respect the calm of the place and to avoid any noise pollution, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. The front door of the building must remain locked at these times. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden in the apartment and the common areas of the building. Article 3: Maintenance and Cleanliness We ask that you keep the apartment in a suitable state of cleanliness during your stay. Final cleaning is included in the rental price, however, you are asked to leave the premises in a reasonable condition (dishes done and put away, bins taken out, dirty laundry folded and collected, ashtray emptied, etc.). Please use the bins at your disposal and respect the rules of selective sorting, there are two collection points at the bottom of our street. It is forbidden to throw away objects or substances that may clog the pipes (wipes, sanitary napkins, etc.) Article 4: Use of Equipment Thank you for taking care of the furniture, appliances and all the equipment at your disposal. Any breakage or deterioration must be reported and may be subject to a financial penalty. Please use the appliances according to their operating instructions, the instructions for use can be found in the drawer of the living room dresser. It is forbidden to disconnect or modify the connection of electrical appliances, including the smoke detector. The use of candles or any other open-flame device is prohibited inside the apartment. Article 5: Safety instructions Please lock the door and windows when you leave the apartment. Please turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, making sure that the smoke does not get too much inside. Do not throw ashes and cigarette butts in the street, an ashtray is available. In the event of an emergency (fire, water damage, etc.), please contact the emergency numbers (112) immediately and notify us as soon as possible (+33 672 734 982). The location of the first aid equipment in the event of a fire: fire extinguisher in the entrance Article 6: Pets Pets are not allowed in our apartment. Article 7: Internet Internet access (Fiber) is available, you will find the connection methods near the box. The use of the internet must be responsible and in accordance with the legislation in force. Article 8: Liability We accept no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to your personal belongings during your stay. Article 9: Non-compliance with the Internal Regulations Failure to comply with these internal rules may result in the early termination of your stay without any refund and/or financial penalties.
